Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including being in its original packaging.

Certain items are exempt from returns. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.

Next, reach out to your bank, as there can be processing delays before the refund appears.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and mail your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves before giving it to you, we will send the refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
